Cancellation Policy

We value our clients and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following No-Show Policy: Grace Period – Clients are given a 10-minute grace period beyond their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after this period, your appointment may be considered a no-show. First No-Show – We understand that things happen. After your first missed appointment, you will receive a courtesy notice reminding you of our policy. Second No-Show – After a second no-show, future bookings will be restricted and only allowed at the discretion of management. Rescheduling & Cancellations – If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice to avoid being marked as a no-show.
